BALTRAY GOLF CLUB UPGRADE
Thermal Upgrade of one of Irelands top 5 Golf courses, the early 20th century County Louth Golf Club simply known as ‘Baltray’.
The works comprised the renewal and thermal upgrade of the flat roofs to include an enlarged roof top viewing platform, new windows and external insulation to the entire building envelope.
We selected a beach pebble, similar to the original local beach pebble, for the finish dashing employed across the various 20th century phases of the building thereby consolidating it appearance as a cohesive whole.
The works were carried out by Tolmac Contruction along with PW Thermal for the external wall upgrade. Work commenced in December 2024 and was completed on time for the R&A Boys Amateur Championship in August.
