Wexford Street Fire Upgrade
Early stages of developing a Fire Upgrading Strategy for an existing multi-use building with shop, offices and flat. It will be challenging meeting the stringent fire safety requirements for this occupied building parts of which possibly date to the early 18th century though mostly re-built late 19c and again in mid-20c.

Blackrock House Refurbishment.
Achieved a BER rating B2. Primarily based on the thermal upgrade-fabric first which is excellent for a building of this age (1943) with an existing heating/hotwater system.
Our client can plan switching from non-renewable energy source to renewable source (e.g heat pump) in the future to improve the building’s energy performance and help to drive down CO2 emissions further.
