Wexford Street Fire Upgrade

Early stages of developing a Fire Upgrading Strategy for an existing multi-use building with shop, offices and flat. It will be challenging meeting the stringent fire safety requirements for this occupied building parts of which possibly date to the early 18^th century though mostly re-built late 19c and again in mid-20c.

Public Tenders issued today on behalf of Dublin City Council Parks-hopefully we will be on site by early summer 2022..watch this space

Blackrock House Refurbishment.

Achieved a BER rating B2. Primarily based on the thermal upgrade-fabric first which is excellent for a building of this age (1943) with an existing heating/hotwater system.

Our client can plan switching from non-renewable energy source to renewable source (e.g heat pump) in the future to improve the building’s energy performance and help to drive down CO2 emissions further.
