Dorman Architects are preparing tender documents for extensive thermal upgrade works to the Golf Club

Thermal Upgrade to House in Blackrock

Due to start on site in May this project is an extensive thermal upgrade to the semi-detached house including external insulation to the walls, thermal roof upgrades, new triple glazed windows/doors, PV panels, Air source heat pump along with new kitchen, bathrooms etc  

Eamonn Ceannt Depot Upgrade

The project started on site in August 2023 and is proceeding to program. The structure is up and roofing is due to commence.

Palmerston Park Tearooms

The conversion of the old DCC Parks depot into a new Tearoom in the historic landscaped park. The project started on site in December 2023 and is proceeding to schedule. Internal walls are up and new opening formed.

The dome is due to be installed in late August
