Emergency Housing, Dublin 7 Refurbishment of 81-83 North Circular Road as Emergency Housing on behalf of the Dublin Region Homeless Executive. The project is at Detail Design stage in preparation for inviting Tenders in early Autumn 2025. The works consist of Conservation Works, Fire Upgrading and General refurbishment and will provide 42 beds spaces.

Family Hub Emergency Housing, Dublin 2 Refurbishment of Avalon House, Aungier Street as Emergency Family Housing on behalf of the Dublin Region Homeless Executive. The project is at Planning Stage with Part 8 Submission due in August 2025. The works consist of Conservation Works, Fire Upgrading and General Refurbishment and will provide 134 beds spaces with comprehensive facilities for families.

Thermal Upgrade of one of Irelands top 5 Golf courses, the early 20th century golf club simply known as ‘Baltray’. The works comprised the renewal of the flat roofs and external insulation to the entire building envelope. We selected a beach pebble, similar to the original local beach pebble, for the finish dashing employed across the various 20th century phases of the building thereby consolidating it appearance as a cohesive whole. The works started in December 2024 and was completed on time for the R&A Boys Amateur Championship in August 2025.
